CARE & MAINTENANCE
To maintain the beauty and integrity of your purchase, we recommend treating it with care. Simple maintenance practices, such as gentle hovering and cleaning , and getting to spill and stains as soon as possible
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery time approximately 4-6 weeks from ordering. Returns accepted but must be returned in original packing, undamaged, and at customer's cost
We do only deliver to the ground floor please let us know so we can make arrangements.
Please note that we only deliver, we do not install. The booth seating freestanding due to their weight but if you have ordered a section longer than 2m or an Lshape/ Ushape then you may wish to fix the pieces together with screws via the back frame of the booth. or under the seat
All return costs will be charged to the customer, we work on a £50 Per Seat basis for example a 3 seat sofa would be £150.

If you have ordered through our web store or over the phone and your furniture has been made bespoke to order. because each piece is hand made to each customer specific sizes and specifications we currently do not offer a full refund and are not legally required to give one at all.
